Returns
General Returns Conditions - Applicable to ALL Returns
1) Shipping charges are not refundable.
2) No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and an pricepc.com RMA number.
3) RMA numbers issued by pricepc.com are good for 15 days only and product must be received by pricepc.com within that time. RMA numbers cannot be extended or re-issued.
4) Where a specific return period is indicated, no returns will be accepted beyond that period.
5) Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. pricepc.com highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.
6) There may be applicable cancellation fees if you cancel your order after the order has been placed depending on your situation.
7) Please note all additional returns conditions stated below, as applicable to your return.

Return Of Hardware
1) Product that is in its original factory-sealed container may be returned to pricepc.com within 30 days from invoice date for a refund or exchange.(%15 restocking fee applies to refunds)
2) Product that has been opened may be returned to pricepc.com within 30 days of invoice date, although such returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All products must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Any manuals, cables etc. that are missing will result in rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee.
3)Most of the hardware components carry 1 year warranty (OEM and RETAIL) unless specified. OEM CPUs carry 30 days warranty from the date of purchase.

All Microprocessors
1) All OEM CPUs carry 30 days warranty after invoice date.
2) All Retail Box CPUs carry manufacturers 3 year warranty and customer needs to contact the manufacturer on retail boxed CPUs.
3) There is no return, refund or replacement with a different CPU.

All Software
1) If defective, opened software is returnable within 30 days of invoice date for exchange for the same software title only.
2) Unopened software may be returned to pricepc.com for refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice date with no restocking fee.
3) Multiple software licenses (MLP's, MOLP's, MSOL's etc.,) cannot be returned for refund.
Year 2000 Policy
Products purchased from pricepc.com carry the applicable manufacturer's warranty (if any), which warranty may (or may not) address "Year 2000" compliance issues. pricepc.com's standard sales and return policies apply to all purchases. pricepc.com HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Here is the RMA form to download, after you download it please fill that out and fax it back to us with your invoice for the RMA number. As son as we receive your fax we will give you an RMA# and e-mail/fax it to you.
